I had over 3 years of experience engaging local stakeholders on how to address poverty affecting poorest and unreachable groups such as disabled people and other vulnerable groups in rural Ghana. In addition, I have over 30 years disability and poverty lived experience, and I have successfully worked with both local and international governmental and non-governmental organizations to empower, enhance social, education, and health services access to the most marginalized in societies in Ghana. Relevant experiences, knowledge and skills include;

identifying and engaging relevant stakeholders that can sustain impacts of interventions in rural communities
harnessing effective and efficient workout put of local and international volunteers (multicultural teams) in addressing severe social problems affecting marginalized groups.
